Sorry, forgot about it. Added it to next version. Note that Upstream has
not dprecated sqlite2. There's are separate sqlite modules (with the
same convention as in Debian that plain "sqlite" means sqlite2).
As of Asterisk 10 sqlite3 is required by Asterisk (for the astdb)
anyway.
