I find it hard to believe there's copyrightable material in the
English-language version of the templates, but if there is, it would
probably be copyright Gerrit Pape, Justin B Rye, and Christian
Perrier.
Anyway, do you mind if I amend this to skip the copyright line, like
so:

# This file is distributed under the same license as the dash package.
#
