*sigh*. This is due to new libspice-protocol-dev package in sid which is broken, -- filed #658173 about that. Now, I think I'll just downgrade this to a wishlist to let this version to enter testing. It is blocking quite a serious security fix. *sigh*. And yes I know I can add --enable-spice explicitly to catch this earlier, unfortunately this does not help in pushing the fix.
