Almost; I'm currently working on the next upstream LTS of jenkins; once I have landed this I will be in a position to re-enable this additional package. I need to test out the plugin packaging process - when I tried it before the parent POM approach was not working that well due to the way maven-debian-helper was parsing build process dependencies.
