Bug#658045: mountall.sh: mkfifo: No such file or directory

In certain circumstances mountall.sh tries to run mkfifo to re-create 
/run/initctl. But this can never succeed: the scripts sets PATH to 
/sbin:/bin whereas mkfifo is in /usr/bin.
