No, 3.2.1-2 doesn't boot, but it is no kernel related bug. I'm sure that the misbehavior is caused by a XFS bug in grub-pc. I filed this bugreport: http://bugs.debian.org/657776 The issue is fixed in upstream[1], but not in the debian package.
