*Problem 1* Because Debian uses dhclient by default, wicd often fails to autoconnect. The evidence in /var/log/wicd/wicd.log: * :: using dhcpcd or another supported client may work better
*Problem 2* As Paul Jones said in Message #77, the connection problems might have been caused by the way measuring the signal strength. I switched it, and the network seems to be less unstable.
