Since cdebootstrap call /sbin/MAKEDEV I used this command. Anyway, these are the same symlinked files. Actually, I am making a bit more thinking in different way. Sid chroot may fail now just like current stable version of pbuilder fail to build sid. I needed backported pbuilder with backported cdebootstrap to get functioning pbuilder under stable system.
