hmm, seems installing libaxis2c-dev does indeed make the package build
even though I can't find any evidence of a binary called axis2inc..........
please try adding it to Build-Depends and checking with pbuilder or the
like that nothing else is missing.
I just tested in pbuilder and libaxis2c-dev seems to be the only missing
build-dependency.
