Two different options will make the package_config file format a bit
ugly. So, let's see if we can fix this differently.
a) What about apt pinning? Does this solve your problem?
b) In FAI 4.0, fai-mirror uses reprepro instead of apt-move, so the
partitial mirror may include the information about the
squeeze_backports repository and we do not need two different
options for mirror and install.
