I just deployed it to Wikipedia yesterday so it's hopefully of a reasonable quality. http://svn.wikimedia.org/svnroot/mediawiki/trunk/extensions/wikidiff2 Note that the dependencies have changed, and we have our own debianization which you may want to use as a starting point.
