Could you please consider adding an option to keep (or skip) "Last Updated" date stamp when converting to HTML? There is a big problem with lack of this option: when document is merely converted "Last Updated" date in the footer create wrong impression regarding changes made to the text of the document, on the conversion date. This changes the meaning of document and create a very misleading impression that the text has been recently changed. Basically this limit the possible application of asciidoc because if changes to presentation may be acceptable, changes to the meaning are not. Thank you. Regards, Dmitry.
