After over a week of no apparent action regarding the build failures of
binutils on armel,
powerpc, s390 and s390x I reported them as a bug against binutils. Doko
responded by
requesting that the built chroots be updated to binutils 2.22-3 and then
the builds requeued.
Since then a binary package has turned up on armel but there is no log,
I dunno if this is
buildd.debian.org being stupid or if it's indicative of a manual build,
either way a binary
seems to be in so that is probablly ok for now.
Powerpc, s390 and s390x admins please action doko's requests to update
binutils in the
chroot to 2.22-3 and then requeue binutils 2.22-4.

make sure that 2.22-3 is installed on the buildds and give it back. not
reproducible in testing.

powerpc appeared to fail with two seperate errors (ah the joys of paralell
builds), one similar to the failure on armel and one moaning about relocations
not being supported by the object file format.
s390 and s390x seemed to fail with relocation errors.
