The iceweasel-l10n-zh-cn package does not print chinese caracters out-of-the-box in Iceweasel. I had to install the following packages in order to print them in Iceweasel: ttf-sazanami-gothic ttf-sazanami-mincho ttf-wqy-microhei ttf-arphic-gbsn00lp ttf-arphic-gkai00m I don't know if they are all required but installing them allowed chinese caracters to be correctly printed, in addition to iceweasel-l10n-zh-cn. For information my test was browsing the website www.weibo.com.
