retitle 328708 DR needs reorganization of contents
thanks

Hi,

I fixed most of the bug report in CVS now. It was not easy to fix
non-English ones but I did my best :-)

I keep this open as the reminder to make serious reorganization.

FIXED in ENGLISH but moved to more visible location.

I understand that CRON configuration should be more close to here. But
I am refraining from major reorganization for release.
