Is this a one-time problem, or are you seeing this repeatedly? Is there anything in the samba logs on your system that would give us more information? If this is a repeatable failure, could you please install the samba-dbg package? This particular backtrace doesn't look like it's going to help us, because smbd_server_fd() doesn't contain any code that could ever fail, so the problem must lie elsewhere -- and samba-dbg is more likely to be able to tell us where.
