Package: pdfposter

According to http://pdfposter.origo.ethz.ch/download, pdfposter 0.5.0
has been available since 2009-04-20. debian currently has 0.4.4. it
would be nice to have 0.5.0 in debian.
It looks like it has changed a little bit since 0.4.4 (it's no longer
a single python file), but it appears to still be relatively
un-complicated.
Thanks for maintaining pdfposter in debian!
