Yep.  Looks like another upstream release process detail issue.

I elided the email suggestion from the help text, on the assumption that
normal Debian bug reporting processes make more sense for this package.
Given the last upstream release was in September of 2005, it's not clear
to me how much reaction we're likely to get from upstream on any of
these issues in any case.
