ha -- you are right -- there were no itkDensityFunction.h in it (I got misguided by http://packages.debian.org/cgi-bin/search_contents.pl?word=itkDensityFunction.h&case=insensitive&version=unstable&arch=i386 reporting it having it in squeeze and current version being both in sid and wheezy.
ANTs carries its copy of the file under Temporary/ so I guess some logic (e.g. may be having ITK >= 3.20.1 ;-) ) kicked in to not place that into the path any longer... ;) so I will check as well whenever get a moment On Wed, 11 Jan 2012, Steve M.
