I see this wishlist item has been open without comment for a long time. I would also vote against it, although if someone wants to write a patch for it he's welcome to. OpenSSH already has an alternate long- option syntax,
-o ConfigFileSettingX=value -- DLL -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact listmas...@lists.debian.org
