Package: iceweasel Version: 9.0.1-1 Severity: minor By default, font rendering can be ugly or even incorrect (e.g. when underline is used) on pages with a non-western language (Japanese, Korean...) or encoding, even when this concerns ASCII characters (sometimes such pages are incorrect, but not always, in particular when mixed languages are used and/or when non-western text, like people's names, is written with western characters). In any case, Iceweasel should be able to render such text correctly.
One solution can be smarter font selection; this is bug 351259. Another solution is to have the needed fonts installed (the subject of this bug report). So, Iceweasel should recommend a complete Unicode font.
