looking at [1], it looks like galeon is a RM candidate. It has been RC buggy for a long time and has not migrated to testing since almost 2 years. Upstream is dead, so it doesn't look like there will be new releases which are ported against new xulrunner versions. The debian maintainer has not replied to [2] either. Please remove galeon from the archive.
