Currently libdbd-oracle-perl depends on oracle-instantclient11.2-basic.
Oracle now offers a "Basic Lite" Instant Client Package:
"Smaller version of the Basic, with only English error messages
and Unicode, ASCII, and Western European character set support"
Thus the dependency should be changed to:
oracle-instantclient11.2-basic | oracle-instantclient11.2-basiclite
