To be efficient, the server cipher order should be used:

    # Mitigate B.E.A.S.T attack
    SSLHonorCipherOrder on
    SSLCipherSuite RC4:HIGH:MEDIUM:!ADH:!MD5:!SSLv2
    SSLProtocol all -SSLv2
