Audacity is unable to open FLAC files.

NB: I think it's a normal bug and not a wishlist one because support of
the Xiph's codec, as they are the only suite of free and patent-clear
codecs out there, is of major importance, and FLAC is the lossless codec
of the suite. But I may be wrong...
