I don't know. I think it's not. But how do you know it, now? Currently,
cowbuilder doesn't check if a directory is used by another build process
or not. It removes it and creates it anew. And this causes problems when
the PID is everytime the same, due to the PID isolation of the LXC.

Either cowbuilder cares more for collisions or uses better collision
prevention. The second can be pushed to the caller by the buildplace
option, but I think, this is not the best way.
