Package: procps
Version: 1:3.2.8-9
Severity: important

I try to set the net.ipv4.netfilter.ip_conntrack_tcp_timeout_established
parameter by defining it in the sysctl.conf file.

Using "sysctl -p" works.
"service procps start" works.

But the parameter is not set at boot.

Moving the procps script later in the boot process (S30 to S99)
solve this issue.
