Package: dia Version: 0.97.1-10 Severity: wishlist Tags: patch Current dia package uses the alternatives system to run dia-normal via alternative named dia.
Please add simple bash script to run dia with integrated GUI (attached as
dia-integrated) and set it as another alternative by:
update-alternatives --install /usr/bin/dia
dia /usr/local/bin/dia-integrated 50 \
--slave /usr/share/man/man1/dia.1.gz \
dia.1.gz /usr/share/man/man1/dia-normal.1.gz
Note: i am using dia-integrated in /usr/local/bin/, then update the path...
By this solution users can use integrated GUI, which was introduced in
this version of the Dia, without changing distribution's files and lost
these changes after package upgrade...
