Source: libargtable2-dev Severity: important libargtable2-dev should not depend on libargtable2-docs, at most it should be suggests. The audience for libargtable2-dev is mostly the buildds and they don't need it installed. Only the few people writing programs using libargtable2-dev need libargtable2-docs and the suggests should be enough for them to notice it.
