The package seem to build fine installing as build-dependency
`libenchant-dev'. OTOH, I am unsure why this issues does not show on other
architectures.
After further discussions on debian-arm/debian-python I belive that
while adding libenchant-dev as a build-dependency will make the package
build it's the wrong way of fixing the problem things. The real problems
are in python-enchant and python2.6 not in scim-python.
This build failure can be solved by solving either bug 653402 or bug 653403
