As documented at
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/python2.7/+bug/898172 there is
a problem with find_libary on armhf.
This has been fixed in python2.7 already but it is still present in
python2.6 so it still hits packages that try to build against all
supported python versions (e.g. scim-python). If the intent in debian is
to keep python2.6 for the moment please apply the patch to it as well.
