Li, you have not responded long for this one. It seems quite simple to do ... Are you busy? Can any one of us on IME Packaging Team <pkg-ime-de...@lists.alioth.debian.org> upload? I think we should do this since people get busy and disapear. I am japanese and I think LI is Chinese. If Changwoo Ryu wish to package this, please join IME team and package this. If he does not, then I will likely to upload this soonish. As I see, libhangul in testing and unstable is 0.1.0. So this is no problem except for backport.
