Dear Maintainer,

while netdiscover generally seems to work on e.g. /21 networks (got
discovered host from more than just the first /24 subrange), it bails
out soon after start (but after discovering some hosts already) with the
following error message:

ERROR: Network range must be 0.0.0.0/8 , /16 or /24
