gdal-bin was already installed.

So I guess the library libtiff have something to do with the problem.
This is the reason why I updated
libtiff-tools (3.6.1-1.1) to 3.7.3-1
libtiff4 (3.6.1-1.1) to 3.7.3-1

It seems the problem is solved. Because there are no error messages
anymore.
