This is another issue with the new boost default version, I'm afraid, and nothing in the wesnoth area to fix. You maybe want to add it to the known current issues on the wiki page, see also Julien's mail on debian-devel. Given that boost-defaults was reverted to 1.46 it shouldn't happen anymore, but I rather like to reassign to give the boost team the possibility to check for this issue, too.
