One minor thing caught my eye in the original text just above your
modifications: "If a developer wishes to reply [...] they should
simply [...]" is a rather obtrusive use of "singular they". If we
want to avoid that I'd suggest "Any developer wishing to reply [...]
should simply [...]". It's far from urgent, though.

The English needs a bit of work there ("will receive messages sent to
the following addresses"), but I'd prefer to reorganise things a bit
more to make it obvious that it's saying that for all of the following
addresses the minimum result is that the message will be filed in the
BTS.

It wasn't until I read the last one that I was sure what other
recipient the "also" was taking for granted in the first two. Would
it perhaps be clearer if we changed the order?
