I will not question your intend because you are definitely the expert
in this field. However, this should be noted in BTS because if there
is no action of the maintainer (in this case the Debian Med team)
others might feel forced to step in. If you *intentionally* keep
this bug open for Wheezy this should be recorded.
So feel free to revert my obviosely not helpful attempt to help.
I will also go on tagging the bug as "upstream".
