i386 amd64 wine depends libwine-alsa libwine-alsa libwine-alsa depends libasound2 lib32asound2 libasound2 depends libasound2-plugins lib32asound2-plugins libasound2-plugins depends libpulse0 (>= 0.99.1) ia32-libs ia32-libs only has libpulse0 0.9.21-3+squeeze1. So your analysis is correct. The libasound2 maintainer should have given a shout when uploading.
