Hello,

BGP part of Quagga in 0.99.20 use a lot more memory than before.

On the same gateway:
 - Using Quagga 0.99.17, memory used 323 MB
 - Using Quagga 0.99.20, memory used 769 MB

It looks like this is due to a memory leak, this patch should solve the
problem:

Best Regards
