Hi,

first thanks for the provided informations in this bugreport. I had the same 
problem and had to blacklist the following files to get
the prelinking to work again:

/usr/sbin/gpartedbin from gparted_0.10.0-1_i386.deb
/usr/bin/linuxdcpp from linuxdcpp_1.1.0-1+b1_i386.deb

Versions of packages prelink depends on:

ii  libc6        2.13-21       
ii  libelfg0     0.8.13-3      
ii  libselinux1  2.1.0-4       

prelink recommends no packages.

prelink suggests no packages.
