Same bug as #593874. However, if using an older nvidia card which requires the
legacy drivers the bug can not be resolved by simply using the newest drivers.
Cannot use the nvidia-settings X Server Display Configuration becuase of the
following error: Unable to load X Server Display Configuration page: Failed to
query NoScanout for screen 0.
