There is something very strange about this. fglrx should not be loading the intel driver. At the same point, I get "(WW) fglrx: No matching Device section for instance (BusID PCI:0@1:0:1)". Could you see what happens if you blacklist the intel driver? For reference, here is the same section of my xorg log.
