Package: udev Version: 175-2 Severity: important Dear Maintainer, I have VMware Workstation 8.0.1 64-bit installed and when I got a message for packages to update, I did then udev & acpi failed during script execution. My system boots and works fine, but I'm unable to use apt for anything as the packages won't install/upgrade.
When running apt-get upgrade, the mess starts here: =================================================== Processing triggers for man-db ... Setting up udev (175-2) ...
