Look at very first message (from Kein Kommentar) in this bug report and You see the kernel 3.0.0. I think, if not only You, but upstream saw this conversation too, they noticed this fact. Summary, the problem exists when: kernel >= 3.0.0, kvm >= 0.14 and winXP.
