Dear maintainer,
Sadly I am still hitting this bug and even with the upgrade of all GNOME components to 3.2, gnome-session does not load properly when I login from gdm. I don't think this is a corrupted session problem because when I create a second user on the same machine and try to login, the same problem occurs and then only thing that I get is an xterm window. Interestingly, when I type "gnome-session" in that xterm window, it seems to load fine, so I really don't know what can be causing the problem when loging in from gdm and I don't know where to look for an error.
