When changing the style setting from the Fluxbox root window menu,
the color of the text in the focused window and other unfocused windows
title bars as specified by
window.label.focus.textColor
window.label.unfocus.textColor
does not change to the color of the newly selected style but remains
the color of the previous style.
Using the "Restart" item on the Fluxbox root window menu is the only
way to get the style applied to these elements.
This bug was not present in earlier versions of Fluxbox, and nor
was the failure to update the root window background image to that
specified in the new style as reported in bug #616655, so something
has obviously become broken in the code for style changing, probably
in going from versions 1.2 to 1.3.
