Package: writetype Version: 1.2.130+bzr139-1 Severity: normal Hi, I just saw this appear in debian unstable. Sounded cool so I thought I'd give it a shot.
But I'm surprised to see that it can't keep up with my rather average typing speed (60-70wpm). I even turned off the auto-suggest thing and it still couldn't keep up. (By not keeping up I mean: after I type a sentence, I have to wait a few seconds for the rest of the sentence I typed to appear on the screen.) And this is on a fairly decent desktop (dual-3Ghz intel with 3GB of ram.) I shudder to think how long I'd have to wait on my netbook.
