I am able to reproduce this when going to the "Advanced" settings and
then clicking "Ok".

However this only happens when I use the same version of GTK+ than you,
that is 2.24.7-1.

After upgrading to version 2.24.8-2 which has been uploaded recently, I
no longer have the crash.

So my understanding is that this is a GTK+ bug, and that it was recently
fixed.

Can you upgrade your version of GTK+ and confirm this?

Best,
