Package: asciidoc Version: 8.6.6-1 Followup-For: Bug #564579 User: ubuntu-de...@lists.ubuntu.com Usertags: origin-ubuntu precise
We're running into a similar problem on Ubuntu: buildds are a restricted environment under which you can't download arbitrary files from the web, which makes at least the 'herbstluftwm' package fail to build on all architectures. I'm sure there's any other package using asciidoc to try and build manpages that would be affected in the same way. See https://launchpadlibrarian.net/84910068/buildlog_ubuntu-precise-i386.herbstluftwm_0.1%2Bgit2011.11.06-1_FAILEDTOBUILD.txt.gz The required files exist in the docbook-xsl package, so instead of referring to the URL to the docbook.xsl page in the stylesheets installed under /etc/asciidoc/docbook-xsl, asciidoc should refer to the files provided by the docbook-xsl package and add a Depends on docbook-xsl. -- System Information: Debian Release: wheezy/sid APT prefers precise-updates APT policy: (500, 'precise-updates'), (500, 'precise-security'), (500, 'precise'), (100, 'precise-backports') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 3.1.0-2-generic (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=fr_CA.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=fr_FR.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages asciidoc depends on: ii python 2.7.2-7ubuntu4 Versions of packages asciidoc recommends: pn dblatex <none> pn docbook-utils <none> pn libxml2-utils 2.7.8.dfsg-5ubuntu1 pn xmlto <none> Versions of packages asciidoc suggests: pn source-highlight <none> pn vim-addon-manager <none> -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
