Package: network-manager
Version: 0.9.2.0-1
Severity: normal

Hi,

as discussed on IRC with mbiebl, my network connection (Ethernet using
DHCP, completely managed by NM) restarts when the daemon restarts. It is
not shut down when the daemon stops, but when it starts, dhclient is run
again, and applications briefly show the network as disconnected.

The DHCP lease file is present in /var/lib/dhcp, it is removed when this
happens and a new one is generated.
